Philip Harris
Born in New York in 1965. Harris won Grand Prize in the National Portrait Gallery of London BP Portrait Competition in 1993. His work has been purchased by the Metropolitan Museum of New York, The National Portrait Gallery of London and the Jersey Museum of St. Helier.
