Struchkova was born in Orenburg in 1968. She graduated from Surikov Art Institute in Moscow in 1997. At the Surikow Institute she studied in under professor V. Chelombiev. Struchkova has been a member of the Moscow Union of Artists since 1998.

In 2006 Struchkova exhibited at the Medici gallery in London. Her works are in private collections and galleries in Russia, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands and the United States.
